DRIVE Emerging Leaders Names Jason Kley Emerging Leader of the Year

The DRIVE Emerging Leaders program of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce named Jason Kley, 34, recipient of its Emerging Leader of the Year award on June 11.

The award, which is in its inaugural year, is an embodiment of a leader who fulfills the organization's goals to promote Minneapolis-St. Paul as great places to live and work.

Eric Anderson, chair of the DRIVE board said since Kley's involvement within the program more than two years ago he has been a dedicated member.

"He has an innate desire to connect with other young professionals and improve the community; his drive is truly inspiring," Anderson said.

Kley is employed with Vector Wealth Management, a Minneapolis-based firm that advises on employment retirement plans, where he has been an asset in developing and managing its institutional retirement plan.

"All it takes is a little interest and dedication to make a difference," Kley said.

Kley's firm, Venteva Consulting Group, assists business owners in the complexities of new ventures. He has aided in indentifying target markets, developing business plans and launching marketing strategies.

He has aided in the establishment of the Twin Cities professional chapter of Net Impact, which promotes corporate social responsibility.
