Merchant & Gould Ranked Top Trademark Firm in the Region by Trademark Insider

Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property law firm, is pleased to announce it was ranked the top Minneapolis law firm for trademark filings in 2009, according to Trademark Insider®. Nationally, the firm ranked eighth in the annual list of the top 100 trademark law firms. In addition, attorney Andrew S. Ehard was once again listed among the top 50 trademark attorneys for the year. Mr. Ehard, chair of Merchant & Gould’s trademark practice, filed for 174 new trademarks in 2009.
