All About Them, All the Time Presentation by Betsy Buckley, CEO & Chief Rainmaker of What Matters Life today — as professionals, as family members, as community leaders — requires us to develop ways to stimulate trusted relationships with those around us. While many of us grew up believing trust could be earned by being reliable or credible, recent research by Charles Green, author of the Trusted Advisor, identified that the most critical ingredient of trust comes from a focus on others. During our session together, Betsy will help attendees:

• Learn and apply the Trust Equation to two different situations in our life
• Explore ways to discover what really matters to those whose trust we need
• Change our language to stimulate higher levels of trust, and
• Incorporate trust into our daily, monthly and annual planning.
