On Dec. 10, learn how to snag the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis as a customer
How would you like to win an account with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis? On Dec. 10, you can learn how. The bank will provide an overview of its procurement process, and an economist will share insights on economic trends as they affect small businesses in the Midwest region. After the presentations, attendees will get a chance to network with the bank's procurement staff. In 2011 alone the bank spent $32 million on goods and services, primarily on hardware, software, consulting, and staffing, as well as construction, remodeling, and maintenance. About 20 percent of its Tier 1 spending went to small businesses.
