Minnesota Business magazine, published by Tiger Oak Media in Minneapolis, has two Editorial Intern openings, one starting ASAP and the other around early or mid-September. The role primarily involves fact-checking, writing, and editing articles (print and online), plus optional participation in the publication’s events and social media. Last year, an intern's feature article won Gold at the Minnesota Magazine Publishing Association Excellence Awards, where the the title earned seven awards. Previous interns have landed positions at the Star Tribune, University of Minnesota, and Tiger Oak itself.
An internship typically involves about 18 hours per week and lasts either three or six months, with room for flexibility to accommodate other schedules.
