Among the new hotels coming to Minneapolis is the Spain-based AC Hotel, which recently opened in the Hennepin Avenue Theater District. The design, operation and amenities at the cutting edge AC distinguish it from most, in such things as the lack of room service but the offering of a library, tapas room and European-styled breakfasts. Cyndy Brucato of Greater MSP Business recently talked with Tiffany Zimmer, the hotel’s general manager, who says the decision to come to Minneapolis was based on the perception that this is an up-and-coming city.

Watch Greater MSP's video here, and find out more about what some of the first guests of the hotel are saying about it.
